We deliver to all locations within South Africa. Our standard delivery times are 5 working days or less for main centers only and 7 working days or less for outlying areas. Main centers are Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban, Johannesburg, George, Pretoria, Port Elizabeth, East London, Pietermaritzburg, Polokwane and Kimberley.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Our speedy drivers will deliver your order during office hours, Mondays to Fridays, between 08:00 and 17:00. We will do our utmost to deliver orders within the stipulated time frame. However, unforeseen circumstances may occasionaly prevent us from doing so, therefore no guarantees can be offered.

DELIVERIES
The delivery fee will be displayed during the order checkout process. We will notify you via email as to the progress of your order. Upon delivery or collection of your order, your invoice will be presented to you for signature, reflecting the Items that are being delivered or collected, delivery fees and the amount paid. Although all reasonable care shall be taken, we cannot accept responsibility for incorrect delivery details provided to us, or for acceptance of the order by an unauthorized person at your chosen delivery address. Note that it is your responsibility to provide us with the correct delivery address and to be available to accept delivery, or to arrange an alternative delivery date and time. For purposes of this clause the terms ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ shall include HERBI VŌHR and any agent or independent contractor who may be responsible for delivery or other services on our behalf.

Should you not be completely satisfied with any item/s purchased on our website, you may return unused items in their original condition within 7 (seven) calendar days of their delivery for exchange or credit.
